Please note that when exchanging a product you are responsible for your own shipping cost. As a result of this we have created a size guide to help you find the right fit and avoid any extra cost to you.

We will happily process an exchange apparel items for you within 7 days of the date you received it. We understand that international shipping can be a bit trickier so we allow up to 10 days for this process.
To be eligible for an exchange we require you to send your product back to us in the same condition you received it in- unworn, unwashed, unused and with any tags and stickers attached.
In the unlikely event that the item you receive is faulty or it is the wrong item, please contact us with details and photos (if possible) of the issue within 7 days and we will arrange for a full refund including shipping costs. We can also offer an exchange for you. In the case of a minor fault, we can repair or replace the item subject to availability.
Please note: Due to the nature of our small batch production we occasionally may sell out of your chosen item. In this situation, we will notify you via email as soon as possible to discuss options for re-ordering or refunding the item.
Late or missing refunds
1. If you have not received your refund after 3-4 business days of the refund being processed please first check your bank account once more.
2. The next step is to contact your credit card provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially administrated.
3. Finally contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
